  Amazing hotel apartments, starting with the location, hygiene, quality and wide range of luxurious facilities including gym, pool, saona and steam rooms where each of the above is available for each gender separately, the prices are high to fit such services and facility The negative thing is open area (reception) size of apartment s as it is small, elsewhere on of the best hotel apartments I've ever seen

  Superbly luxurious apartments for new comers to Riyadh, amazing location close to many services from high chain restaurants to small markets to laundry places. Security and customer service are amazing too. I consider it overpriced for long term lease.
