  Thumbs up: Overall decor looks nice Easy to get a taxi from there Private underground parking They have a gym Thumbs down: Lousy location, in the crowded downtown away from the major landmarks Forgetful, but nice, receptionist Rooms are small Thin walls, you can hear everything from the streets and the corridor Slow Wi-Fi, strong signal though Overall it is Ok, if your business is in downtown, but you can get better service and rooms by the same price in Riyadh

  Some people would say it's located in an outdated district but Hey! Look at the bright side it's a few steps away from the old Riyadh and the historical sites. I stayed there for 2 nights and it was AWESOME! Everything was well served, clean and fast.
