::Gold's Gym is one of the best gyms in Abha. They have certified trainers. The exercising machines and equipments are of the best quality. They have indoor swimming pool, a cafe, etc. The only drawback with GG is that it's very expensive. They mainly offer yearly membership which costs between 5000 to 6000. The membership is comprehensive one and includes every thing.
