::Not organized place. Tiers (used & new) are positioned on floor everywhere. Complete miss! I was not able to stay inside the workshop (reception area) due to the worker (Egyptian guy) was heavily smoking all the times and not showing any respect to the customers. I noticed one serious thing. Even if you arrive to the workshop before the opining hours, you will be surprised that they are not following the queue but starts with their relevant first (Wasta). Very shame!! Needless to say it was a very bad experience. Will give them one star just to post my rate/review.
