::It takes only 10 minutes walk to Holy Mosque. There are lot of small store around the hotel to fulfill your needs. Their hotel service is good and I love to stay here for more than a week.

::Lifts are ABSOLUTELY horrendous! They take forever to reach and when they do, they're full. There are about 6, and I've only ever seen 2 or 3 working at a time. Internet is fine but you have the sign in everytime you leave the hotel which isn't convenient seeing that you go to the Holy Mosque for every prayer or run errands every now & then. One of the waiters in the restaurant was quite rude & dismissive. There is no 'clean' or 'do not disturb sign' so if you don't tell someone, they won't do it, they do however go around at some point asking if you need anything. But other than that, everything is decent. Convenient location & facilities accommodated.

::Very good hotel in Makkah. If youโre traveling by car, this is the best location for you as it has free car parking for hotel guests. Haram is about 10 minutes walking from the hotel. Hotel is clean, rooms are very good, food is excellent! The only thing they need to improve is their customer service at the front desk! Lengthy process for check in and out. Staff should be trained to be more efficient!!

::It is about a 500 meter away from Haram Makkah. Lovely hotel as it has good rooms and many dining options. Shopping areas is also nearby and many types of food is available nearby. The hotel itself have a variety of options in its menu and I have loved its food there. Stayed there for the Hajj 2017 and enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel. There were certain problems addressed by the staff in a good way. Thanks for making my stay enjoyable.
