  For Malyasian procedure take your passport and 2k riyal. They take full cash, insurance wont work. Meet Dr Adil, he is incharge of these department.

  Prices of medical exams is not so cheap. Entrance office employees are not so welcoming. Medical service and team are good . Also the wait for insurance approval takes more than 1 hour in peak time . There is no real order and system and not enough waiting seats . Also the wait for doctor appointment in some sections can take up to 2 hours .

  I was surprised when they asked me to pay in cash even though I had a medical insurance and they wrote on the bill "patients education"!!!, they told me that the doctor don't accept medical insurance.

  Had a health checkup here for Malaysia. The doctors and the whole staff were really helpful and cooperative except for this one person, Dr.Adel Al-Serahy - the Clinic Manager. He was really rude, was of no help and had a very demeaning tone with almost everyone. He was never to be found on his seat, and surprisingly when he would be present, he kept himself busy with his mobile phone. His way of dealing was extremely unprofessional. Hope anyone who goes to this hospital doesn't get to see that man.
