  In terms of car, mine was clean and new. When I was returning my rent a car, the staff at counter was new and was taking ample amount of time to finish the paperwork. More over, the gentleman forgot to cancel my authorization, I was waiting for a SMS to come. Eventually, I had to go again to Hanco the other day and got my Authorization cancelled. Please be aware of this point once you return your car, that they cancelled your authorization.
