  Hospitality - Very Good Cleanliness - Excellent Staff - Polite and Courteous Room Tariff - Good Location - Good Reception Desk - Quick and Effective Wifi - operational Rooms were perfectly sized and washroom were clean and functional. Did not eat the breakfast at the buffet restaurant as price was at SR 35 which i felt was little high.

  Despite the narrow allies around the property, it is a good option for an inexpensive star in Khobar for business travelers. It is one of the few highly rated inexpensive accommodations. It comfortable, quiet and convenient. Offers a covered parking. My room didn't have a bathtub.

  Great modern rooms, helpful hotel staff, there is no room service, restaurant choice are very limited

  This is my second time here. Love the place. Good price and friendly staff. Need some more parking space. They provide an Arabic coffee or tea as compliment.
