  Hilton mostly the best! About my stay: - it’s new the room was great - location was perfect - the most welcoming stuff I’ve ever seen, very professional and kind What I did not like: - the entrance seems very cramped - the view was not great it was showing the roof of show room. - I could not make my reservation through the Hilton Honors app. Over all I’d do it again..

  Very nice hotel, clean , & strategically located to nearby malls , universities and embassy. Outstanding front desk staff service. Very friendly and professional

  Near IKEA and huge malls, the service is excellent and the rooms are fresh and nicely furnished. The restaurant has a beautiful buffet and superb wait staff.

  I really want to give them 5 stars! The room is great, the room service was great , the breakfast buffet is excellent!! My family and I enjoyed staying here.. however, the front desk was a bad thing happened to me in this hotel. I came before the check in time two hours earlier, the lady at the front desk told me to wait few minutes so she can get us in one and a half hours earlier, she basically forget about us and when I came to her again she said you just wait till the check in time.. it was unprofessional the way she deal with it. She should inform me so I can go to the mall and come back later. Another thing I asked for a help with my luggage, she told me wait so she can send somebody for that.. I wait but nobody showed up! I take my stuff and no apology and seems they don’t care at all!
