  Good Hotel, closed to Masjid Nabawi, Madina Saudi Arabia, I got good servises here and good restaurant.

  Hotel needs some serious renovation. Carpets in corridors were not up to mark. Some smell in corridors due to poor ventilation system. Staff is very cooperative. My 1st room was very dirty with dirty bedsheet, very bad washroom condition, but reservation manager Mr. Izat Subhani took personal interest and assigned me a bigger better and clean room within same price.

  Located near to Haram, Room is good but house keeping are not. Very average dining experience.

  Bad reception employees. Utterly low class customer service. No one to attend ur complain. My bathroom leaked for 1 day and nobody showed up, it was like a pool. Sadly, it is close to Haram and price was good so i booked. One shud adjust his budget n better take Dallah Taiba, perfect hotel.

  furniture is good bathroom was clean.. room size was small.. breakfast was just ok.. they should work on breakfast.. elevators were working fine..
