::The best thing in Hyatt Regency is the customer experience, which they achieve with excellence. The experience starts when you check in, very polite and professional receptionists, very smooth and quick process, and when you come for several times they memorize your name and the process becomes even smoother. Rooms are very clean, simple and with nice views over Riyadh. The restaurant is great for the breakfast, employees are very nice, they are active and ask how can they make your morning better. They even know your preferences of food and what you like to have for food. Other services are also good, such as the valet service, the club lounge, and the gym, which has all what you would need, in addition to an indoor swimming pool.

::I stayed here so that I could attend a conference. The staff were extremely accomodating, kind, and helpful. I got to know the valets quite well as they always greeted us as we left and when we returned. The view from the window is very nice and the rooms are up to date and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay.

::I love the location of the Hotel at Room No 8. Service staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no safe in the room, but no issue for me. My room was clean everyday and the noise level from the road side downstairs after 1am was acceptable. I had a good comfortable sleep. Breakfast was good. I would definitely stay in this Hotel on my next visit. Keep up the good work. Thank you so much.
