::Love how this IKEA is very calm compared to the old one; less crowd, better phone reception, helpful staff and the best of all is that the section for collecting items from the warehouse is on its own, allowing you to carry items to your car at ease.

::Very nice place I like to enjoy food and shopping their with family. They have kids area also very good restaurants with healthy food menu in good prices . I like to have breakfast and lunch some time I do it for months with out get bored. It's good selection to enjoy with family

::Ikea is a Swedish-founded Dutch-based multinational group, that designs and sells ready-to-assemble furniture, kitchen appliances and home accessories. It has been the world's largest furniture retailer since at least 2008. Well talking about my experience with this IKEA showroom is fair. I am happy with the quality and the design of the IKEA products though there are better quality products available in the market. The rating is for the products of IKEA. The service of this IKEA showroom is also not bad. Some people are very helpful and hardworking but on the other hand some are rude to the customers. IKEA needs to really workout on this. Lastly, regarding the online delivery of IKEA, the worst service i have ever seen in my life. I will not recommend or buy something from online. The problems i faced was as follows: >> The delivery was not on time. >> Nobody knows how to track the goods. >> The customer service was lazy and is giving lame excuses. >> The delivered package was damaged and took almost 1.5 months for the replacement. Surprised huh?! Even i didn't expect this from a reputed company IKEA.
