  Visited this place for Saudi PPC on Saturday, it was horrible experience due to a huge crowd and long queues.I reached office at 7:45 and submitted document finally at 4 evening. So if you to avoid all these please visit them on weekdays, the same work could take only 30 mins to 1 hours

  Visit this place to take sworn affidavit for baby passport. Affidavit will be issued only on saturday (from 8.30 AM). I specifically went there since it will be less crowded. It was actually. It took only less than 2 hours to get affidavit. Officers are really genuine and professional. Process as to be followed : - copy of birth certificate, Father and mother passport, iqama copy, duly filled application by the applicant (Take a copy of the filled application. or else you may have to take print out it for 1 SR in the reception) - If possible take original passport with you. May officer ask sometime. - First you need to visit the reception. Officer will check all the documents and issue token for you. - For sworn affidavit you have to visit counter no.1 where you will meet indian govt. official. He will check and approve with his signature. - If he approves he will ask you to pass counter no. 2 - Make sure you have 63 SR (exact change to avoid any delays) - Officer will get the money and give you receipt of time of document delivery. I visited at 9 and i got document delivered 10.30 AM. - You can get the affidavit from delivery section which is left to the counter no.1

  The Staff of vfs are very helpful & it takes not more than 5 minutes for work done.kindly avoid visiting on Saturday.Best day & time (to avoid rush) is sunday - wednesday between 10 am-12.30 pm. Thursday & Friday will be a holiday at India passport center,Khobar.
