  I stayed there with Family recently and had an amazing experience with this hotel. It was clean, well maintained, staff were great especially a gentleman by the name of Nazimudin Shehazudin who cleaned our room with a smile on his face everyday! The lifts were good, could occasionally get busy but you’d definitely get into the second lift if first was full. Breakfast was normal for what it should be for a hotel of this class, not spectacular but not bad either. Would definitely recommend and I myself am going back again to same hotel next month inshallah.

  Loved my stay. The breakfast buffet was great and the guy serving dates and arabic tea in the lobby was a good touch. Appreciate the hospitality.

  The best place, we really enjoyed it, thank you for the friendly staff. The hotel has amazing view and so close to masjid, also the food is so good

  Make sure you get everything in writing, otherwise they tell you something and charge you something else. The service is fine until they start getting busy after that good luck with getting any help. Location Location Location. Thats what the stars are for. Easy access to the Prophets Masjid.

  Disappointing for a 5⭐ hotel. Furnishing is outdated. Room service is average. Not even room slippers were provided despite asking multiple times. Bathroom lock was broken. The saving grace is the proximity to the Mosque and breakfast buffet. Some of the best food I've had anywhere else in the world.
