  My father (Cash Patient) having lungs conjection due to heart failure. I took him to Cardiologist Dr. Dogra she did the tests ECG, Blood test & X ray. After that she recommend us to admit my father in ICU for treatment. I did my father admit for 1 and half day. She discharged my father and without asking us she mention on discharge summary that discharged because of being cash patient. They charged us for 1 and half day about 10,000 SR. After that she told us to take my father to higher hospital. Next day my father was in same condition I took him to ER when ER doctor called Dr. Dogra she didnt care to show up and check my father. She told ER doctor to take my father higher hospital. is this you called service? First tell patient to admit then make money and then discharged for another hospital. A big shame to Dr. Dogra she just admit my father to make money. Unprofessional Now my father is treating in Irfan hospital. I dont advice anybody to visit this hospital. Liers all Dr. Dogra I advice all never to visit her she's an old lady and forgot patients history. Good Luck to all

  The Doctors as far as Those who treated my wife Gynae Dr.Maajidah Khanam is a very good doctor and explains the complexities very well and explains the solution as well. The Paediatrician who treated my baby in NICU ( Neonatal Intensive Care Unit ) Dr.Safwat is also a very knowledgable doctor and solve problems and explains them in a very simple manner. Okay the reasonS for TWO STARS LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT ON THE FACE. The Camels who are at the counter sends me to a Insurance patient window Though I am a FULL CASH PATIENT And Stood in Cue for 15 minutes. THE REASON HE PUT THE SIGN CLOSE AND RAN OFF FROM WORK. Second At the time of collecting the birth Certificate from Window number 113. When I reach there the guy says Only Arabic bas nobody speaks english here. Okay Camels. Is this a Hospital OR A STABLE. Well I THINK STABLE IS A BETTER PLACE FOR THESE CAMELS To SHIFT WHERE THEY HAVE COME FROM PATHETIC CAMELS.

  Despite of being located in a good place, there are a lot of drawbacks about this place. Such as, the parking is a serious issue, the is hospital only accepts few medical insurance medical cards, the staff is not as effective and efficient but on top of this they behave rudely to the visitors. The consultations visit here could get quite expensive if there is an emergency because they don't accept the insurance cards of several insurance companies, where as other hospitals, such as, Al Abeer accepts practically all the cards. My personal experiences hasn't been real good at this hospital at all.

  My rating is for the outpatient block which is like the many Indian polyclinics in Jeddah. A bit overcrowded at times so patients have to wait a long time for their turn to meet the doctor. They do have an inpatient block which seems to be quite well equipped. Parking is usually quite difficult to find.

  Dr. Indu is a very good doctor. No answer on the hospital landline, very difficult to book an appointment over the phone.
