  I never such so frustrated waiting for the time management. They ask to come on time at 12pm. But I'm waiting for almost 2 hours.

  Absolutely do not go here for any dermal fillers. I made that mistake, and spent $2000 on Juvederm and Restylane injections, which normally work very well, but only in the hands of a capable, talented doctor with a vision. The doctor they had me see didn't even look at my face or introduce himself or ask me how I am doing when I walked into his office, so no bedside manners whatsoever. I only know his name is Nasib because I looked it up online. I wanted tear trough fillers, and he injected too much too low and now it looks like I have saggy undereye bags in the middle of my face. and my tear troughs and undereye area is still not filled in properly. He didn't use any tools to measure to distance between my jaw and cheeks to inject the Juvederm into my cheeks, he was just "eyeballing" it and marking random spots on my face. It is totally not symmetrical because he obviously doesn't have an artistic touch or an "eye" for these things. He should not be allowed to inject anyone's face with anything let alone fillers. Thank God it is temporary, but I still have to go to someone else to fix the mess he made. I don't live in Riyadh so it is difficult for me to go in for a follow-up, which I don't want to anyway because I am afraid he will just make it worse. Definitely stay away from this place.

  I've been with Kaya for a few years and the have never disappointed me, their professionalism and service has always been beyond excellence. I known them becouse of an acne problem that was radicalized with their treatments, and found it beneficial to start taking facials with them for a few years with great results. Always do your own research when it comes to serious skin problem and of course you can consult their dermatologists. Although my sessions were at a different branch, the one session I did at this one made me feel at home.

  I did full body permanent hair removal in this clinic. Paid for 6 sessions and did them all. I am European with fair skin and darker hair so there shouldn't be any issues getting rid of unwanted hair. I don't have any problems, excessive hair growth, in fact I don't have much hair overall. The laser used was not suitable for my skin as confirmed by another laser specialist and well sadly the hair grew back worse than before on some parts of my body. I am very, very disappointed. There are any types of lasers out there and it seems they use one for every skin type. Waste of time and money. Would not recommend. The ladies working there are lovely though and so are the nurses but the laser machines and the staff knowledge is very poor.
