  The property is not maintain well, and literally, everything smell like cigarettes ashtray!! Beds, sofa, AC's, and towels

  +alot of services available around ( groceries, restaurants laundry etc..) +Easy to the find location +good heating and cooling in rooms -poor selection of TV channels

  Great hotel, clean, friendly, English speaking, nice garage, I like everything about it and will stay here every time I am visiting Riyahd Update: If non-smoking is important to insure you ask for a room that has never been smoked in. They tell you it is non-smoking but actually people have smoked in it and all that has been done is they spray air freshener. If you are like me that is not enough. After several months of staying there 1 or 2 nights at a time I find this hotel to be really good. It has great parking garage. It has a message area but I have never tried it. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the room is always clean and comfortable. The price is very good and I will continue to stay there when I visit Riyadh

  Convenient location (surrounded by most required services, available parking spaces and underground parking. Friendly staff.
