  I was surprise to see the other comments. I personally had good experience. It took hardly 10 mins to open the file, and have the insurance approval. Reception lady (Ms. Ghada) was very helpful, and guided best way possible. Got to see eye doctor, and there was hardly 10 mins wait. Appreciate the service. It can be improved more without doubt by having experienced doctors.

  I checked over there with Dr.Mohammad Anwar who was a physician and I really had a bad experience.He was incompetent,lacks experience of handling patients and didn't diagnose me well..👎👎👎

  I have visited once and the clinic is up to mark..DOctors and staff is polite and professional.

  Some of their reception staff have no idea on what they are doing. They hate to open new file and surprisingly ignorant. I spend 3 hours and failed to open my file. They were happy that I turned away without consulting the doctor.

  Went to this clinic on a friends recommendation because I had food poisoning type symptoms. It was below the standard of care I seek in health care providers. They asked me for a stool sample and directed me into a bathroom that didn't have a toilet seat, any type of tissue paper and was in general not what one would expect in a hospital in the developed world. To the hospitals credit, the managing doctor was quick to listen to my qualms and refunded me my co-pay. I won't be returning to this clinic, as there are other hospitals in the area with much better care and sanitation.
