  I am a holder of KIA Cerato 5840003, I went to Sulaimania Jeddah Body shop to change Rear Windscreen, I found no clear instruction made by employees and employees are unprofessional, very poor service, no proper system followed. Given a Mobile Number to contact which is currently disconnected, Telephone number mentioned in work order form no more in service. In short to get services very difficult and wasting hours and hours to handle a customer.

  You make an appointment yet they take hours to see/fix the car. They don't seem to have any structure and the mechanics help whoever they wish to regardless of whose appointment is first. The louder you are the quicker they serve you. The toilets are mostly out of order and even though they have a free wifi sign, no wifi exists.

  Friendly staff But 1-lot of customer with 1 receptionist only 2-maintinace time is too long 3-waiting area is not very clean 4-I pay the money without receipt as cashier already left!!!!!

  This service center opens at 8am. Provides car sevices for KIA car owners whether is it under warranty or not. If the car is no longer under warranty you will pay 350sr for initial checkup.

  Good staff members but long waiting times to command the pieces and change it . So you have to go there 2 times
