  Today, I had a first & very bad experience and not satisfied of people working at KIA. Actually, my new car KIA RIO odometer reading was little above 5000km and had the problem of pulling towards right with vibrations over 90km/hour speed and additionally fuel consumption is more on long routes(10.5L/100km) relative to other customers of same vehicle(not fuel efficient). As far as vibrations are concerned, its improved almost. but regarding wheel alignment, the vehicle still pulls towards left now above 80km/hour speed after maintenance(see improvement). When I complain, they said sorry, its ok now, no further improvement possible. Our engineer checked and its good now. Regarding fuel consumption, they said its normal(which is not normal) Then, I met the regional manager izzam Egyptian. He took keys and directed to lets go together on test drive. I insisted but he didn't drive above 80km/hr as i had previously discussed the complaint and afterwards said, if alignment problem then it must be below 80km/hr also. They deal clients this way. An Unforgettable experience.

  My experience with this dealership was awful. Al Jabar had the chance to be the best car dealership in the region but with bad services both in customer care and car maintenance (under warranty) made it what it is right now. Just an example of what i have went through with the dealer, once, i took the car for a check for a specific reason. after close to a week in the shop they actually gave me the car back with out doing a thing to it. And they had the audacity to tell me that they worked on the car and they said that there is nothing wrong with it. ( i took the car back for maintenance again in a matter of a week). Also, the system to make the reservation is horrible. You have to pay them a visit to take an appointment, another visit to bring the car to the shop, one more visit to check if the car is done, finally a visit to pick up the car. All of this is because of their poor customer service they don't make or receive phone calls. The product is good, efficient and practical. However, al Jaber found away to screw up a great business opportunity.
