  Shitest hospital, doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not, certain nationality get a VIP access. Avoid bones section staff is busy complaining of headaches due to lack of clients.

  Disappointing experience due to lack of organisation and money-oriented mentality.

  Bad customer services; quality and services used to be good few years ago but dropped drastically. Management needs to consider hiring professional training and development company to raise the bar for staff attitude, customer service, and diversity among other core business behaviors pertinent to medical field.

  Terrible, I don’t know about the expertise of the doctors, but the nurses could stand a bit of improvement. I came here as an emergency case and the nurse tried to take a sample of my blood on a DIRTY tray. I told her that there is clearly some dried blood on it and she didn’t even bother to change it. She just took two (2) tissues and placed on top of the tray. And got so pissed off that she kept inserting and withdrawing the needle. All in all, quite the terrible experience
