  It's an amazingly peaceful setting. The staff are friendly and helpful. One star less because we need more carts to transport us within the compound.

  We recently moved here and we are very happy with the compound and its facilities. Undesirable noisy residents have left and this Compound is now a heaven of tranquility. Our Compound is clean and very green thanks to all staff who are always very helpful. The Compound Manager is very open and always available to his residents. We feel welcome and I will recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Riyadh.
