  I like the clothes they make and services but price not fit the cost and I think price should be discounted 25% at least

  I have been a customer for five years and have been pleased with my service. However, I used to go to their branches in Jeddah. This is my first time here and I highly don't recommend it. First, the staff is only ok with customer service but not rude. Second, I came with my siblings and order a couple of their new designs and the told me if there is any issue with your thoubs, we can fix it within five days. However, when we got it, 10 out of 17 thobes have a major issue. We went back asking them to fix this and they told us it will take up to 14 days! Seriously!!!!!!! The salesman told us "because you have selected new designs that have not been fully tested, it's normal to have these kind of mistakes". So funny!! I couldn't wear them during Eid AND I waited until they opened after Eid's vacation.

  It is a good place with stylish designes, but it's kind of expensive though
