  احد الاخوان قبلي كتب عن التلاعب بالفواتير وتنزيل طلبات وهمية وهذا ما حدث لي من قبل الطاقم وكلهم من جنسية عربية واحدة وحدث لي ايضا في فرعهم في اسواق الخليل بمكة يوم الاحد 8 ابريل 2018 الساعة الثانية والنصف ظهرا فنزلوا لي طلبات اضافية ب50 ريال وحاولوا التلاعب بالاصناف..بالنسبة لجودة الطعم فحقيقة اقل من المتوسط بكثير ولولا اننا كنا مستعجلين وعلى وجه سفر لما كررت التجربة في فرع مكة باسواق الخليل....

  It is not as good as I expected. The service is good but the food isn't. Beside it is overpriced.

  Such a horrible experience!!! I went with a friend to buy something for our host, She decided on Ice-cream which looked a bit melted, and the excuse that was given to us is that the fridge is due for maintenance!! luckily we tasted the ice-cream BEFORE we paid for it and it tasted like "METAL"... yes metal, and of course she didn't buy it. Unlucky ME... I bought 4 pieces of "Konafa" each 10cm in diameter ..."which the staff naturally claimed to be delicious", and ended up paying 164SR !! yes, 41 SR each... only to taste it at my hosts' place and be disgusted by the taste!! YUK..!! NOT ONLY I had to pay a ridiculous amount for such terrible Konafa, I even gave it as a gift to my host... what a disappointing and embarrassing incident Huda
