  First, booking an appointment at this hospital is a mission. Front desk service is a disgrace. I get an SMS confirming my time, I show up 20 minutes before the appointment only for the receptionist to wipe my appointment and put me as a waiting list patient! Next: I had 2 failed dental implants, by a dentist who passed away last year. I went back hoping his replacement can do better. The new implant was even worse! They took SAR 16,500 and gave me just pain! I could go on about other failed dental services including crowns, fillings, and orthodontic catastrophes (wasted another SAR 13,500)! Do not look at modern equipment and shiny ceramic floors! Look at the ethics, and the expertise! The owners / investors need to wake up before it is too late.

  Horrible as hell, literally takes them 3 hours to answer you phone with seriously horrible greeting I do not recommend this hospital at all

  They have very friendly staff & the place looks clean and highly equipped as well as a wide variety of dental specialist. But in Egypt my wife checked the filling they put with a dentist. Surprisingly, they used a poor material & outdated procedures.

  Very good, efficient and friendly service from phone operators through to receptionist and opthalmology staff.

  No system ! One of the worst hospitals in Riyadh in terms of respecting the appointments and their staff attitude. It is very normal to wait for more than an hour after your appointment. Dentists are not professional and their attitude is really the worst in kingdom.
