  I stayed in this hotel for two weeks during hajj 1438. and the experiences are far from good: Pros: 1. The hotel is neat Mina and Jamarat. Cons: 1. The hotel is far from Al Masjid Al Haram. In the best circumstances it takes 15 minutes to the bus station near Al Masjid Al Haram, and then you need to walk for some time more. Most taxi drivers do not know where the hotel is, and if they do, they usually request quite a lot (up to 200 SAR!) 2. The first couple of nights, dinner was late for 2 hours. Given that we arrived from Madinah, and wanted to perform 'umrah, allowing the dinner to be that late, was a "good" sign of the hotel's care for guests. 3. We had to wait for a few days for lockers to come. 4. We had only 2 keycards for each room, and had to wait a few days for others to come. 5. The breakfast and dinner offering didn't change almost at all, day to day. 6. In the first few days, tableware was completely PVC. Later on, "only" a part of it was PVC. 7. The 7 elevators (actually 8, but 1 can be used by personnel only) they have for cca. 20 floors always lead to crowds. esp. around prayers and dinner times. The elevators themselves appear to be of very low quality (even though the hotel is new and all of the equipment is new). Every few days we had problems with elevators. It happened a few times that a number of hajjis got stuck. Once it happened that 4 out of 7 elevators didn't work, at the same time. 8. Very often, the tables in the restaurant are simply dirty. The effort the hotel staff invest into cleaning it is minimal. 9. Not all windows were installed properly. In the room where I stayed, hot air from outside was leaking into the room. 10. There aren't many shops of any kind (food, souvenirs, markets etc.) near the hotel.
