  A new housing project which I think will be a good compound for residents as they have good facilities and good services. I like the park but I don't like the way of marketing there villas where they don't allow customers to get in without paying SR40!!

  Large private community. High-quality services and utilities: parks, playgrounds, mosques, etc. Close to the airport and to the major service locations, schools, and business districts of northern Riyadh. Very suitable for families with kids. Great walks. Excellent for outdoor activities and events.
