  Worst experience ever of after sales service. Calling center and maintenance people are bad in following up your orders. Even 1 star is much on your services.

  My washing machine had issues with spin dry. One day before the expiration of the 2 yrs warranty. When i called in to book a repair the only available schedule is 2 weeks later but they assured me that since i called during the warranty period, everything wil be taken care of. The Technician came and checked... After the diagnosis, he found another small issue and he was kind enough to include it on his report. The ordered the spare parts and after almost 2 weeks it arrived. Everything was perfectly working after that repair. Thank you.

  موظفين المعرض فاشلين ولالهم نفس يشتغلون اقول للاخ الموظف شغل جهاز الساوند بار عشان اسمع صوته وامكانياته قبل اشتريه يقول احنا مش شابكينه بلكهرب!! ولانقدر نشبكه وش اسلوب البيع العجيب هذا تركتهم وطلعت بدون رجعه باذن الله
