  Not good hospital. But not the worst.. One thing I would love to mention.. I gave birth to my 1st baby boy.. And I was late.. I was at 42 week of birth. So I had to take induction and I slept there until I gave the birth.. During that.. I had one great nurse.. She was Indian.. Unfortunately I never got the chance to ask her name. Bcs I was in pain and I was scared and worried about the birth..so I don't know anything about her.. That wonderful nurse was supporting me mentally and psychologically... She was holding my hand whenever I have pain.. She used to check me every 10 minutes.. She made sure I had my dinner.. The last thing she did when she left me in the labor room..she huged me and kissed me.. Then I didn't meet her again... And never saw her again.. I wished I had her number to thank her for what she did.. I really appreciate it..I wish to meet her.. I wish I can contact her.. 😢💔

  ZERO! Worst hospital service ever! Nursing staff come late, the doctors come in 2hrs after the nurses and even worst??? the receptionists (may Allah have pity on them all) come EVEN later! It's already bad enough getting yourself an OPD appointment, worst thing is no one would even entertain you even if you're firing with fever, dyspneic and your entire face swelling due to allergies! And take note, this happened in ER 2x during my 1st trimester for my 1st pregnancy! idk what is more EMERGENCY than that. Unorganized medical service, and the system(if they could even call it that) is MISERABLE. Evenmore, they give special considerations to people they know personally, "Wasta" cases are rampant. And it's really annoying specially if you've been waiting there since 7am! And oh! it's useless to go there early cause no one comes to see who came first and the machines they provided to dispense the numbers is JUST AS WORST as their mediocre, futile service. Before, you can take a number from d machines as early as possible and just come back for your turn based on your number. God! It's such a waste of time and effort and really unnerving. ive seen and worked in govt institutions, but this is by far the most useless facility ive been in.

  Radiology department is in top form, the quality of the service, equipments and specially the staff is great. Usually waiting is is not even required for a certain procedure to be done. Parking area is vast and will always provide visitors with spots to park no matter what time of the day it was.
