    So to take your car for the regular service you need an appointment; i took one at 10:15 AM; i was attended to at 10:45; every time i ask he says just some give me some time. They take 3 or 4 appointments for the same time (there was 4 10:15 am appointments) and there was only 2 to attend to the 13 people in the Customer area side... this is just BAD.

    Ramadan work hours Sunday to Thursday 09:00 a.m until 15:00 p.m Long Break then 21:00 p.m until 00:30 a.m Saturday opens for night shift only I guess Not for sure 21:00 p.m until midnight 12 a.m 00:00 hours ⏳ 👍🏼🤓 But for car service u need to have an appointment I guess Not for sure here in Riyadh But we do need to have an appointment in Khobar Rakah

    I like tgae maker but the agent is far more lazy and scary than being able to provide sufficient stock. The waitinge to get my desire car was 5 month +++. It is a waiting for a car!!@@

    Well the thing about Mazda Service Centres recently is that the place is fully packed everyday of the week... that means the sales of their car is really good... the only minus point I have to highlight is the waiting time in the service centres... And they need more resources to cover up this lag in customer service... but the plus point is the service quality is still good.. And the prices are really competitive when you compare with Toyota or Nissan.. I think the prices are even better... I am a proud owner of a Mazda 6 and I am a really happy customer

    Very very bad customer experience journey.. Only 1 employee for almost 30 customers in the service area, they don't give any waiting numbers, very messy and I regret buying this car as I'm looking forward to sell my car so I won't have to come back here again. I had this car for 3 years and the service area haven't improved not even for a bit.
