  1. My favorite chicken burger (Chicken Big Mac) - tastes same for over a decade; best french fries of Mc Donalds I ate; the medium and big size pack comes with a big glass of drink (SAR18-22) 2. Try Strawberry Sundae ice cream cone for SAR5 (smoothest ice cream I had) 3. Their drive thru has a quick service 4. Family area is fine; one time I did not find the tables clean and reported on their website. Promptly next day I received a call seeking feedback 5. Unless you find a Filipino, the other salesman at cash counter do not speak English 6. Limited parking for 6-7 cars

  Complete carelessness on Friday Morning as no Philippine staff work this day. No sync of food preparation. Latte prepared before anything else, French fry still getting fried, receive hot drink like ice cold, bun so hard to bite as if it was prepared last night. Sometime staff don't pay attention and don't bother to take order 10, 15 mins.

  I ordered online and it was the worst food delivered. Burgers were cold, not fresh and dry. Fries were as if sitting for 3 hours and refried to make it hot. Nuggets were cold. Last time I am ordering online. Spent 60 SAR on the food. Could have gone for better burgers for similar prices or even a pizza.

  The two star rating is in comparision to the other mcdonalds i have visited. I went only for drivein and the entrance is too tight. You will need to reverse your car two times just to make the entry. Ditto for the exit. The service time was also slow but the taste was the same great mcdonald.
