  This was the worst experience ever. Despite pre booking, we had to wait at the reception for about an hour to get the room. We made booking for a family of 6 which was supposed to be 3+3 accommodated in 2 rooms. After the payment, the receptionist handed the key cards with two rooms on different floors (11 & 15). After requesting for rooms on same floor(side by side), they gave us rooms on 12th floor far away from each other. When we tried to unlock the door of one of the rooms (1223), it wasn't accessible. We had to go to the reception again and they sent maintenance guy to fix the lock. We had to wait for another 10-15 minutes to get the door open and all this time we were waiting in the lobby without A/C. It was very suffocating. Once we were inside, we switched on the A/C, that was only blowing air. The maintenance guy said it will take 30mins to get cool. When we returned from umrah, the room was still hot. I called room service and informed them about the A/C, so they sent the technician to fix it. Even after fixing, it wasn't working. The rooms are smelly and the air conditioning is worst. The toilet wasn't good as the water was getting clogged in the sink. The only thing thats good was the shuttle service. This hotel is 4 star but i wouldn't even give it 2 star. I don't recommend anyone to stay here if you need a comfortable and a pleasant stay.

  Quite a hostile place , it is rather far away they should arrange a private transport for the pilgrims.

  Alhumdulillah, Allah Kareem blessed me opportunity to visit this place. After visiting Haram e Makkah my EMMAN has refreshed and recharge as well.
