  سئ للغايه .. سيارات لا يوجد لها قطع غيار .. شركه لا يوجد لها رقم ولا ترد على رقمها المعلن .. اين وزارة التجاره عنهم .!؟!؟!؟

  السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته أود أن اذكر لكم تجربتي مع شركة سيارات أم جي حيث أنني في العام الماضي قمت بشراء سيارة من عندهم عن طريق وكيلهم في السعودية (شركة الاختصاصية للسيارات). فطوال العام عند كل صيانة كنت أعاني من تعاملهم الفظ والغير لائق إطلاقاً وأسعارهم المبالغ فيها وبالرغم من كل ذلك كان إصلاحهم في كل مره غير صحيح وتعود السيارة أسوأ من ما كانت عليه، ثم في نهاية عام من شرائي للسيارة أتفاجيء بأن الوكالة ألغيت والسيارة الآن بدون ضمان وبدون سبب ، لأن الوكالة انتقلت لبد آخر ( الأمارات العربية المتحدة). وعند التواصل معهم لم أجد رد، فلجأت للشركة الأم في (المملكة المتحدة). وبعد ارسال عده رسائل الكترونية على بريدهم الالكتروني وحتى على صفحتهم على الفيس بوك . لم أجد أي رد ولم أجد اعارة انتباه وحتى عند الشكوى لوزارة التجارة والاستثمار أنكرت الشركة كونها الوكيل وتعذرت بإلغاء الوكالة. وأنا الآن في سيارة معطله ولا أجد قطع غيار لها. فحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل عليهم . وأخيراً أقول أحذروا من هذه الشركة المحتالة .. Peace, mercy and blessings of God I would like to remind you of my experience with MG, since last year I purchased a car from them through their agent in Saudi Arabia (Specialist Automotive Company). The whole year at every maintenance I suffered from their treatment is gross and inappropriate at all and their overpriced and despite all this was reformed every time is incorrect and the car returns worse than it was, and then at the end of the year of my purchase of the car surprised that the agency was canceled and the car now without warranty For no reason, because the Agency had moved to another (United Arab Emirates). When I contacted them, I could not find a response. I went to the parent company in the UK. And after sending a number of emails on their email and even on their Facebook page. I did not find any response and did not find the attention and even when the complaint to the Ministry of Trade and Investment denied the company as the agent and could not cancel the agency. I am now in a disabled car and can not find spare parts for it. Finally, I say, beware of this fraudulent company. #MG_is_The_Wors
