  The staff and the hotel itself was superbe and i think for sure that movenpick is the best in qassim. Free minibar in the room which is very generous the room are very spacious. the staff are very helpful and ask you always about your stay, the helped me many times. The food was also very good, i recommend it for all qassim area visitors.

  It is definitely improved bs last year, food is great too and best of all not overcrowded

  1/ great rooms although i was given a double bed instead of king room. But it was just fine 2/ option to open window for smoking rooms was very useful to ventilate the air in the room 3/ great response to fixing the TV issue I face 4/ fast internet

  It was a pleasant experience with your hotel. Cleanliness was perfect. Hospitality above everything can be described especially Mr. Ahmed the Egyptian manager he treated us in a super professional way and kept us more than satisfied. Food was excellent. I would like to suggest to review the appropriateness of the conference rooms; the screens are in strange positions which is not suitable for audience from different corners. Also the technical readiness needs to be upgraded like HDMI cables and adaptors . Thank you for your remarkable efforts Keep up the good work
