  The receptionest did not give me full info about the check out time . about the facilities inside ( gym ) . The room was clean and great There were an issue in the bathroom that the water not drain out from the shower so after taking my shower the water comes out to the room . I called the maintenance and the issue was fixed shortly . The gym coach was supportive and informative and i enjoyed his advises .

  Villa 1409 was very bad experience compared to the amount I paid, no room cleaning for two days, villa telephone not work!! Even I requested two times to fix it but no action!! No coffee or tea only 5 bottle of water!! Also there isn’t glass to drink water on it!! Furniture very old and a lot of bugs on the villa!! It was very bad experience i paid SR/7607 for nothing even the break fast was very poor.

  We had the seafood buffet on Saturday and were pleasantly surprised by the quality, freshness and variety on offer. I can recommend it and the staff were attentive and professional.

  إدارة غير جيدة للفندق. والأسعار مرتفعة جدا . ولا يوجد اهتمام بالنزيل . الافضل جولدن مارينا . و دولفين بيتش والأسعار ممتازة

  Excellent hotel. Beautiful and comfortable rooms with all the amenities you can expect: nice bathrooms, superb beds and linen. Pity I didn’t have enough time to enjoy the rest of the facilities.
