  الفندق في موقع منتصف البلد على طريق الملك فهد ومدخله واضح جدا خدماته جيده المواقف مشكله مثل باقي الأماكن وخصوصا في المناسبات. أعتقد الفندق بحاجة لتطوير الخدمات قليلا لحضوري عدة مؤتمرات به وعندما خرجنا للمواقف كانت هناك مشكلة بالوصول للسيارة بسبب ان البوابات كانت مغلقة ولا يوجد إرشادات. وفي البوفيه التي تخدم قسمنا للمحاضرة لم يكن مفصول بوضوح عن قسم المحاضرة الأخرى ولذلك تم الخلط بيننا في الخدمات ونحن كنا أفضل والأخرين توجهوا عندنا للطعام والقهوة. من الداخل والمطاعم والمبنى والغرف فخمة وممكن تجربته والإستمتاع به.

  Room size, interiors, cleanly ness is good and hotel premises is good, quite specious Breakfast restaurant is good and staff quite friendly. however reception, order inward staff service needs a big improvement. Improvement in the English language skills of the staff would be helpful, huge communication gap if English is not understood by the staff. Vegetarian options in the menu would be useful. Room Air-conditioning doe not provide desired cooling and it is quite noisy.

  If i will come next time to the Movenpick Hotels in Riyadh I will do it because of the receptionist really i like the Saudi receptionist specially how made the checkin to me and his welcoming was perfect, He has all the elements of hospitality

  standard security checks, nice amd clean ambiance and great food and service

  Where luxury has a name Movenpick is there. You can enjoy your time there beside the swimming pool or at the restaurant. Room are spacious. Staff are welcoming. Hotel is 24/7 clean tidy and well organized.
