  Car ownership transfers get processed qyickly. Helping staff but services are costly.

  I was in a difficult situation trying to buy a car in a very limited time frame. The seller & I showed up late afternoon and they were very helpful. They did there part, gave us paperwork and sent us to a local insurance agency so I could get insurance. The next AM I recieved my paperwork. Then I was able to get my Istamera that morning. I can't say enough how helpful they were. شكراً

  Went there to transfer my car to a buyer. The place was not crowded. A better option than Shifa. The transfer was completed within 45 minutes. Even this much was because of the delay in receiving SMS messages from the traffic police department.
