::Dr. Nehad in Pediatric department is very bad in communication and interaction. She ignored us in first go and later on our request they admitted our son and found life-threatening disease in our kid. Even though, we found her ignorant. We will not recommend her to anyone to risk your child's life.

::Very bad. Waited a long time in the emergency and the staff was rude. There were empty beds however they declined to be used since they are reserved for heart conditions if arrived. I do respect the process but the way was very rude

::Worst hospital ever I have seen in Jeddah. I visited the emergency at 11:42 pm waited until 12:40 AM and nothing happened. The ER personnel are very rude. I prefer to be sick in my house rather than visiting this un-professional hospital and staff.

::There is good doctors There, but all over the hospital is below average from the beginning of the telephone operator to the services provided. I have talked more to manager a lot but seems the it was ZERO action. I am sure even there is good doctors the hospital will lose a lot of its costumer because of the below average services
