::The place is located in the outskirts of north Riyadh near king Salman road. This is not an ideal place for the People visiting Riyadh for the first time. There aren't any good restaurants nearby. Apartment doesn't offer any room services as well. Hotel is economically priced for the amenities that are provided. Ideal for people on overnight corporate trips.

::Great! Cheaper but have got all the basic things. Nearest to airport, only 10 min away!! Clean and with parking. Furthermore have one recreation area close to building: supermarket, shawarma, coffee and change wheel store.
