::Nice hotel to stay with family during umrah in Mecca...not so far from masjidil haram (10 minutes walk)...and room is also clean...the only thing is going a little up hill (30 meters) to reach the hotel, which need a little more effort for old people.

::The only plus point of this hotel is that it is close to Masjid al Haram; about a 5 min walk. I booked a room for 4 persons + 2 kids. Room is very congested. Very very little place for prayer.

::Hotel facilities are good but service is very very poor. I'm staying with my mother (how has knee problem, can't walk a long distance and on the slope) in this hotel at room 406. There's a battery charged car which is used for transportation on the slope like other hotel. The driver returning it to the "Makhtab" as we requesting daily for transportation. Other than the receptionist all other overseas staffs at ground floor behaves very rude. As a hajj pilgrim we supposed to be supported at least.
