  Visited this hotel for iftaar today. The food was good. Service was also good. But they need to provide adequate parking facilities for those who want not to use wallet parking.

  Majestic; though the buffet could be improved. They couldn’t make an eggs benedict! The receptionist was hospitable. There is a metro station being built nearby. So, expect a bit of wait driving around nearby.

  Good hotel but located in a very crowded area. And no parking found easily. But they offer valet parking. The hotel is targeting fancy people. It is supposed to be 5 stars, but dislike it due to the location. But other wise it's classy place, suitable for VIPs too.

  Luxurious in an old sense of luxurious. The wall papers are filled with drawings, the furniture is heavy wood, the chandeliers are huge, bar is made of marble. Yet, there is a hidden but prevalent technology touches, as the light and ac controlled with a touch pad panel, the mirror has a TV, and the TVs has a stored music collection -including Celine Dion. The reason for the 1 missing star is the small size of the rooms and the check in counter -not the side desks- are a bit undertrained in customer reception. The side desks personal obviously are more senior and are exemplary.

  The was a work trip, but I must say the Narcissis was a magnificent place to stay. It had all the glitz and glam that you'd expect of a luxury hotel. The rooms were presented beautifully and the services and facilities second to none. The staff were attentive and helpful. They can organize taxis and transfers amongst other things. We only ate at East meets West restaurant and it was amazing. Lots of choice and delicious food. A little of the expensive side, but worth it. The gym and sauna/steam room is great too. Note that there are separate facilities for men and women and they may be set up differently.
