  بنك الصراحة معامله مش كويسة كنت ابغي اسوي تحديث قالي الموظف السستم عاطلين للمقمين سألت موظف خدمة العملاء قالي خد رقم وانا اسويلك مفيش احترام في المعاملة نرجو الاهتمام بالعميل

  ما أدري ليش هو البنك الوحيد إلي يحتاج تدريب الموظفين على مقابلة العملاء . الموظفين أخلاقهم زبالة ناهيك عن الخدمة البطيئة و المستفزة أنصح و بشدة تجربة بنك الانماء ممتازين و خدمات أكثر من رائعة

  حراج مو بنك وخدمة سيئة للاسف بالاضافة عدم وجود مواقف للبنك لايوجد مقاعد الانتظار

  Worst branch of all ..No respect of customers doesn't know how to speak to customers. Even they can't speak English , went there to open a account since 1 month and the NCB doesn't even hire qualified people to serve to customers.If the bank doesn't want people to open account , I think they should close the bank and ask there employees to sit at home. Deeply disappointed..
