  Just your average hotel apartments, however with the following negatives: - over priced than all the other 3 similar hotel suites across the road on Al Imam Saud Ibn Abdul Aziz Road - relatively old looking and worn out furniture and bathrooms, much older than the other 3 hotel suites across the road - non-English speaking reception staff - staff not pro-active to clean the room on a weekly basis, have to remind them and follow up after your requests - I left my iron at the check-out in my room. Realized this after 3 days. The management never called me to advise of this. When I went there after 3 days to inquire about this, the staff told me that it has apparently been taken by the reception to his house for his own personal use and that I should come back the next day to receive it. The reception staff forgot to bring it back the next day, so therefore, I had to go back again for the third time in order to get my iron back!!

  Great hotel to stay on monthly and daily basis with weekly room service and a service appartments with Riyadh gallery mall at 5 mins walking distance
