::Good hotel for the price paid. The hotel is near to Haram. Lift service needs improvement. Stayed in the hotel for 6 days with family.

::It's hotel very near to Haram / Kaba , around 300 meter away from Kabah King Abdul Aziz Gate. Hotel quality is like as a two star hotel. Room service is not good and you will get a Room service after 4 or 5 days ... It's very disappointing. No facility for dine in and laundry service also. But you can get restaurant very near by within 5 minutes walking distance. Hotel staffs are not professional. Thank You.

::Pros -Near to haram - Near to shopping centers Cons - very small & congested rooms - only two small elevators that can carry only 7 persons each while there would around 20-30 persons in queue after prayer time - receptionist can't speak English very well Which means you can't communicate in case of emgs - toilets has weird sme which isn't bad smell as well as not a good smell. -not that value for money. -average accommodation facility. - can't cook inside the room . If you can overcome cons, it is a good place to stay
