  Kind and friendly customer service is what I am happy about. Though your waiting time is a concern during the busy hours, if you visit the branch at other times, you will have your peace of mind. Electronic token system is not always good. Before you take the token, be clear which counter you are supposed to go to. Waiting area is comfortable. Staff speak very little English. For deposits and withdrawals, it's a huge time saving to use the ATM on the first floor.
