  Good place to work for an IT professional. It adds to the person's professional career as this bank is one of the best banks in Saudi Arabia. Few of the many positives about this building is it's parking facility and the infrastructure. Security is also well maintained and so are the facilities inside the building like gym, canteen etc., Also it's located in not so commercial area making it easy for a person to live near by. The area near by is majorly filled with NCB contractors or its own employees. Facilities surrounding the building are good for any household purposes. Negatives are the surrounding area of the building. The look of it is pathetic and the smell will kill a person in the near futute. It's not suited for an IT building, I hope it gets cleared very soon ;) Another negative would be access to restaurants nearby. There are very few restaurants near by and for vegetarians we might as well forget them ;)
