  THE FUNNY THING IS MOST OF THE 5 STARS REVIEWS ARE FROM THE SAME NATIONALITY OF TGE MANAGEMENT Very bad response in calls from the management and delivery service again "especially the management". In contrast,agents in call center very kind and seek to help customers but with poor management the gap is big to deliver a good quality service. Less than star for the management :::::::::::: المضحك ان معظم التقييمات من نفس جنسية الادارة الاستجابة للاتصالات من قبل الادارة وخدمة التوصيل جدا سيئة "خصوصا الادارة". على النقيض الموظفين في مركز الاتصال ممتازين ومتحمسين لاخدمة ولكن مع الادارة السيئة في هناك فجوة لتقديم خدمات ممتازة الادارة تستحق اقل من نجمة عميل منذ ما يزيد عن الاربع سنوات
