::ALL FIVE STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE BY THEIR STAFF. If you have considered going to this gym because of its proximity or "offers" of classes and dietician appointments RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. DO NOT COME HERE. This place is most literally an experience in degradation, unprofessionalism and the worst practice I've ever encountered. Firstly the gym offers fluctuate from ridiculously expensive to reasonable (less than half of the original value) within a single month and the staff at the gym will pick and choose when to tell you about these offers. I had paid for a 3 months membership for over 2900 riyals only to be surprised in the next week (a weekend later) that they were offering the same membership for 1500 with additional perks. Complaining to the manager, a rude and inexperienced person who is only interested in taking your money and not in ensuring you have a good experience there. She begrudgingly offered to extend the membership to what 2900 would have bought that week which is an additional 7 weeks but made sure that you knew it, no perks were added and there was no way that she would replenish your package even for the days that they were closed for Eid. The classes offered by the gym are mostly short in duration, low in impact and frankly ineffective most of the time. A specific instructor (the only one there basically) who shall remain unnamed conducts her "yoga" classes by keeping the entire gym in pitch darkness regardless which you're forced to endure regardless if you were in her so-called yoga class or not. Unsurprisingly, she has zero understanding of the poses or the way yoga is even conducted in a class, she does not count breaths, correct posture, follow any sort of vinyasa or actually know a single vinyasa. This stuff is readily available online and any complaint raised to the staff is promptly ignored and you are informed that obviously she is practicing a form or yoga that you're unfamiliar with, you know, one that doesn't have any similarities to yoga known to humans. Every other class offered has similar problems wherein the instructor/staff believe that having the equipment and some shady/pseudo-qualifications and is somehow a license to incorrectly offer these classes. An example of this is their spinning class, wherein the same instructor doesn't explain the hand positions, the bike setup, the correct angle of the knees or the appropriate resistance that would ensure you don't get a permanent knee injury. The rest of the classes are frankly mediocre, with a repetitive playlist and definitely not enough of a warm up. There is also no room for you in this gym to do your own workouts unless you time your attendance in the hour where there isn't a class. Their personal training sessions are also conducted there (although a smaller room for that is available but obviously it's the gossip room of the staff and thus is off limits). If you want to work out on your own here, you will most likely have to stick to their machines (very limited, only 1 elliptical machine) or drag a mat around to exercise in one of the crevices of their "panoramic gym" 🙃 Thirdly, their hours are so inconvenient with a recent change to only open until 8 pm on Thursday leaving the entire weekend almost with no time for working people to go the gym since they are closed on Fridays and only open till 6 on Saturdays. Finally, the environment in the gym is frankly hostile with the front desk staff loudly and openly gossiping about the members, the instructor being completely unresponsive to feedback and some stationary members charged with staring until you feel completely uncomfortable. And just a note regarding their dietician. She gives advice like "starve yourself and drink castor oil so you get diarrhea and lose the weight" and "don't eat anything before you exercise if you feel you need energy just drink a large cup of Turkish coffee". Her advice has led my sister to a bout of acute cholecystitis and she had to have surgery. This place is a public health risk and should be treated as such.

::The worst gym and very rude instructor! I have tried them for a few weeks because they are near my house. I will never go back again. Would not recommend. The instructor doesn't accommodate your requests for classes. I have wasted my time and missed scheduled classes because she is too lazy to conduct them - I am usually told to do exercises myself under the excuse that "you don't look like you can do the class". This is a waste of money to be honest. I came once with my friend and the instructor insulted her for not doing the steps correctly. This was very rude and unprofessional, and I am extremely disappointed.
