  افشل وكاله وعماله وكل شي ادق على رقم العيسى يردون البنات يقولون روح لهم بدون موعد ولما اروح يقولون موعد و اقول لهم ابي فرع السمكره يقولون لي الخبر اروح الخبر يقولون هذا الفرع مكانيكا مو سمكره وبعدين معهم

  Spare parts are usually not available and quite expensive compared to new ones bought from outside the dealer. They changed the parts indicated by the computer test however didn't fix the problem. I had to return the car to them again. They didn't deduct the inspection fees from the repair fees. No one answers the phone making follow up impossible. the call center can't give details of the repair status as they don't recognize the service order number.
