::I visit this branch two times, waiting time wasn't bad. 20 to 30 minutes maximum. The "Complaint Officer" some of them not at that good and some of them are great (you need a good luck).

::Raising an objection with them is an utter waste of time and their objections will leave you frustrated. Lesson: If you're involved in an accident with a Saudi, try to get an arabic speaking eye witness to report details to najm officer else they will blindly rule in the citizens favour.
